ETP Logistics (Europe Tools Post), Erbil, Kurdistan Region, Iraq ("ETP Logistics", "we", "us") operates the website etp-logistic.com. This policy explains what information we collect through the website, how we use it and the choices you have.

  • Information you give us. When you use the contact or quote form, you may provide your full name, company name, email address and the details of your shipping needs. When you call or message us on WhatsApp, we receive your phone number and the content of your message.
  • Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs, including your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and the time of your visit. We use this only to keep the website secure and to understand overall traffic.
  • Cookies and third-party content. Our website itself does not set tracking cookies. The Contact page embeds a Google Maps map, and Google may set cookies or collect data when that map loads, under Google's privacy policy. Our hosting provider may load a basic traffic measurement script.

2. How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiry and prepare quotes for freight, transport or customs clearance services.
  • To communicate with you about shipments and services you have asked about.
  • To operate, secure and improve the website.
  • To comply with legal obligations, including customs and transport regulations that apply to shipments we handle.

3. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with: service providers that help us run the website and our business, such as our hosting provider; carriers, agents, customs authorities and other parties necessary to perform the logistics services you request; and authorities where required by law.

4. Retention

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a customer, for as long as required to provide our services and meet record-keeping obligations under Iraqi and Kurdistan Region law.

5. Security

The website is served over HTTPS. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you send us, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

6. Your rights

You may ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. To do so, reach us through cs@etp-logistic.com, the contact form on our website or the phone numbers listed on the Contact page. We will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated policy.
